Brian Neilan is a Solicitor in Williams Solicitors LLP with extensive experience in all areas of general practice with a particular interest in conveyancing, litigation and probate matters.
Brian has extensive experience advising clients regarding the sale and purchase of residential properties and advising purchasers and vendors in complex commercial conveyancing matters. Brian also advises landlords and tenants in respect of commercial and residential tenancies.
Brian is an experienced advocate having regularly appeared before the Courts in contentious civil and criminal litigation matters.
Brian also has wide-ranging experience advising clients in respect of wills and the administration of estates both testate and intestate. Brian advises clients on the many aspects of the Succession Act, 1965 including the rights of spouses and children to a share in the estate of the deceased. Brian also advises on the creation and registration of an Enduring Power of Attorney.
Brian graduated from N.U.I. Galway with a B.A. in Law and Economics and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland having been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2017.
